Frequently Asked Questions:

  • We‘re unable to offer full or partial refunds at this time. If you need to cancel, please email us at least 24 hours before your reservation time. We will happily offer you a voucher toward any future evening, redeemable within 30 days of your original date + time slot. We’re able to make one adjustment per reservation.

    ID COLLECTION, LLC, dba Laina Miller design studio, reserves the right to cancel any evening at The Creative Café due to low enrollment or unforeseen conflicts. If an evening is cancelled, we will do our best to reschedule the evening and your reservation.

  • We do not serve food. However, our reservation times are perfectly set up to allow for a meal before or after you join us!

  • The Creative Cafe was intentionally designed for adults only. We LOVE kids (we have kids of our own!), but we believe in the value of providing an opportunity for grown-ups to expand their innate creativity and de-stress in a kid-free environment.
