Incorporate creativity and community into your wellness routine. Creative Self-Care groups offer a unique, three-month, online experience that enhances your wellbeing and broadens your intuition alongside a collective of like-minded seekers.
Within The Group, we explore three themed Creative Self-Care publications, diving into activities together and connecting over blockages, growth, and inspirations. The Creative Self-Care group serves as your accountability partner and muse and offers a container of support and reflection as we activate our innate creative energy.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE WITHIN THE GROUP

Receive access to The Creative Self-Care digital publication for three months! Each issue is themed and includes a creative activity, rituals, downloadable art, and insights designed to integrate the mind, body, and spirit.

As a collective, we meet via Zoom to explore the Creative Self-Care publications together. This is a space to interact with like-minded individuals, work through the therapeutic activities, and integrate reflections from that month's theme. Zoom gatherings are 2 hours long, held on Thursdays. (see group page for dates)

Connect with inspired individuals and experience the healing benefits of sitting in community. Incorporating creativity into your self-care routine has been proven to reduce stress + anxiety, increase focus, and improve self-esteem, whether you consider yourself an artist or not.

Autumn Session: What are you stepping toward?
As we transition seasons, we will focus on drawing the expansive energy of Summer back toward the balanced wholeness found in Autumn. This is a time to honor accomplishments, celebrate growth, and let go of that which no longer serves us. We will translate our creative discoveries from the summer months into inspiration that will carry us through the end of the year.
As with all Creative Self-Care practices, we will consider these themes in our relationships, careers, and spiritual lives, and will remain open to exploring other ways in which they may show up.
KEY THEMES FOR AUTUMN 2024
-translating the creativity and inspiration found in Summer into sustainable routines through the end of the year.

Winter Session: What is the rhythm of your soul?
As we enter the passageway toward a new year, we will honor the darker days and our need for rest by slowing down and drawing inward. Contrary to the traditional Western approach to the New Year, we will not focus solely on setting goals. Rather, we will set out to balance our masculine and feminine energies within to create a more stable foundation for the year ahead. Creative practices such as movement are explored to ground us in our bodies as we prepare for the energetics of Spring. This is a perfect time for introspection and life reflection.
As with all Creative Self-Care practices, we will consider these themes in our relationships, careers, and spiritual lives, and will remain open to exploring other ways in which they may show up.
